Account Activation
Before using Minol Direct you must activate your online account. To activate
you need your most current utility bill. You will be prompted for the account
number and your name as printed on your statement.
Paying Bill Online
You need to
activate your online account if you haven't done so yet and log into your
account. You will see a “Pay Now” button which will take you to the online
payment area. Minol Direct currently only accepts online payments via
MasterCard and Visa. There is a $3.00 convenience fee for this service and
payments post the next business day.
Paying Bill By phone
You can call
customer service at 1.888.636.0493 and speak to a representative who will take
your payment via the phone. . Currently Minol only accepts online payments via
MasterCard and Visa. There is a $3.00 convenience fee for this service and
payments post the next business day.
